Usability

To my mind, this writing-editing service could have provided more information about who they are and why they think they are better than the rest. I would also appreciate if they gave more details about the process of ordering – but their FAQ section has only 3 questions-answers, and those are way too general.

Support

However, if the interface is not that impressive, I liked the way that their customer service is online 24 hours a day. I could reach them in live chat even in the middle of the night, they also accepted my calls, not to mention the fact that they answered my emails… maybe not as fast as I expected them to, but they did anyway.

Price

I don’t know, maybe attentive customer support is a factor that influences the price, because prices here are higher than at other websites in the industry. I needed to get my case study edited and expanded. So I was suggested to order 2 services combined – editing and writing. My deadline was 24 hours and academic level I chose was Master’s. The price for 3 pages of writing would be $110.20, but since I needed to add at least 7 sources, I had to pay $128.57 for writing part. As it turned out, if you order more than 2 sources per page, you will have to pay extra. Insane, but this is the way it is. Editing cost me $22.03 per page. I’m such a fool to have paid so much. I actually was very upset when I found out that there are services that do the same kind of job without charging so much!

Speed

They did deliver my order at 24 hours. And by the way, 1 day is the shortest turnaround they have. As I found out later, there are companies that offer even faster delivery.

Quality

Well… as it turned I did not have to pay so much for additional sources. Basically, I did not have to pay so much neither for writing nor for editing.

Conclusion

Editing here is too overpriced, writing service is also expensive. Moreover, they charge extra for sources. It’s not a dream service.
